I'd prefer to see them separate. First people typically want instructions around
a particular provider, and its helpful to be verbose and have provider specific
troubleshooting information here (/me looks at lxc and maas). The degree to
which their distinct is helpful in that regard and keeps the docs task focused.
Effectivly everything after (and perhaps including bootstrap) can go into a
common getting started doc, which can reference the provider specific intros for
getting bootstapped.
