Ok, this is now live on http://juju.ubuntu.com/Charms

Ok, the people in ~charmers as of today have all confirmed they want
to be active reviewers. Next steps:
(I'm off on holiday from now until Tuesday, so I'll be hitting this
early next week):
1. I've got the preferred days from everyone, so I'll be scheduling
everything and publishing a calendar for reviews.
2. You guys got the queue down to 13 already despite not having a
formal schedule yet, well done!
3. I have a WI to move the charm processes to the official
documentation, however I'm going to let it sit on the wiki for a bit
so we can easily tweak it, so if you see parts you want fleshed out,
dive on in.
4. The tracking spreadsheet everyone hated is now not linked, we'll
use open bug reports as the new way of tracking what people want
charmed. I have a work item to make sure that everything in that
spreadsheet has a corresponding bug report.
