Review schedule for the next 6 months.

Hi everyone,

We're reaching the end of this review cycle with Robert Ayers
finishing off the reviews for this week. Before I refill the schedule
up I'd like to take this time to discuss our reviews so far.

A reviewer is a person who is tasked with working on incoming
community contributions in the queue:

So far our review team is: Mark Mims, Clint Byrum, Robert Ayres, Juan
Negron, Adam Gandleman, James Page, and Marco Ceppi.

So far our queue time seems to be decent, usually less than
double-digit days, though I have asked the charmworld team to add a
sparkline/graph on the review queue so we can know with science at all
times. Any other improvements you think we need?

I am also thinking that it would be nice to start expanding ~charmers
as our community continues to grow, so if you've got some charms under
your belt and want to start mentoring new people, now would be a great
time to start!

Unless there's any great outcry I will just assign weekly reviewers
for the next 6 months into the calendar, though it would be nice if
people were to jump in this week and give Robert a hand since we've
been at UDS and the goodies are starting to pile up.
