Let's fix the website

I get sad everytime I have to point someone to juju.ubuntu.com and
they are exposed to the glory of a wiki.

I was lamenting to Jono about this and he reminded me that
developer.ubuntu.com has some nice features, is really easy to use,
and to Just Try It(tm). So thanks to David Planella and Michael Hall,
here's a prototype of what I think the Juju website should be, freshly
deployed on Canonistack:

http://91.189.93.108/

This morning Marco Ceppi and I mangled some of the existing content
from juju.u.c and formed it into the mold. Here's what I envision:

- The Resources tab is mostly empty right now. On developer.u.c the IS
guys made it so the Ubuntu Packaging Guide (which is a generated
Sphinx document) is integrated into WordPress. So ideally you'd see
the same docs we have today, but displayed in an integrated fashion.

- The link to the charm store is jarring, as charmworld has a totally
different style; there could be better integration here.

- The Getting Started links should point to the specific set up page
for each provider, again, instead of having another place for this,
I'd love to just reuse the sphinx docs.

- This is all based on lp:ubuntudeveloperportal, my idea is if the
community feels this is the way to go, we'd push this branch to
lp:jujuwebsite or something, and then we replicate the exact workflow,
that is when you want to make a change you branch it, update, push,
and then IS can deploy right from the branch.

- For a real deployment we'd need the openid plugin so ~charmers can
update the wordpress content, and I'd like to syndicate juju posts
like we used to do on cloud.ubuntu.com.

So what do you all think? I'm probably going to invest the rest of the
day working on updating this, I am reasonably confident that even in
it's half-finished form it's way better than what we have now.

Thoughts/concerns/criticisms?
