Review queue assignments for the next cycle

I've updated the review queue assignments:

I've rotated through everyone in charmers who can commit work-time.
Volunteers who can't commit work time, feel free to dive into the
queue at any time and work on something.

Still, it would be nice if some of you were to hit this queue before
the end of the week. The logstash charm author was kind enough to
announce his charms on the upstream mailing list and in the queue they
sit. :(
