Rails charm now propagated!

Very cool.

I think may be a good idea develop a standard for app stacks. The next
project may be adapt the node-app to create conscistency in all app stacks
charms. May be a ruby-app for non-rails app? May be move rails to
rails-app? Create php-app, django-app, etc. will be a good idea.
