Time is getting short in Ubuntu 12.10's release cycle. So much awesome
work has landed in trunk, I'd like to make sure as much of it as possible
lands in Ubuntu 12.10's distro version of juju. While we can ship as
'0.5.99+bzr...' I'd like to ship it as juju 0.6, and I think we can do
that. Since juju is still a "tech preview" and not seeded (read: in
universe), we are ok pushing the release in even after final freeze,
but just like last cycle, I'd like to have at least a little time to
test and get any show stopper bugs fixed.

As you can see, there are a number of bugs not Fix Committed yet. Many are
all wrapped up in a few efforts, namely:
* Local provider using Cloud images - lp:~clint-fewbar/juju/local-cloud-img
* ZooKeeper ACL security - lp:~hazmat/juju/security-rollup
We are also waiting on:
* REST API - no branch proposed yet
* Bugs 1050592 and 1063669 - in review
* OpenStack Folsom Compatibility - still needs triage
We're already almost 2 weeks late for the planned release of 0.6, so I'm
sharpening my hatchet now. If things don't land by Thursday in trunk,
then the items will be deferred to after 0.6 (whether to a 0.6.1 or 0.7
we can decide later).
