OK, I've made a note for us to discuss cross-environment relations at
the product sprint.

I believe this will be addressed by a combination of the move to MongoDB
as a backend, and the REST API approach (rather than direct database
connections) which also gives us JAAS.

We'll nail these in 13.04.
