How to avoid start-up Error due to absence of a S3 bucket

Hi,
I installed juju on Ubuntu 12.04 desktop distribution based on
https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/getting-started.html.
And then when I use juju bootstrap", it gives me the following error log.

denis at denis-VirtualBox:~/.juju$ juju bootstrap
2012-10-09 08:44:55,899 INFO Bootstrapping environment 'sample' (origin:
distro type: ec2)...
2012-10-09 08:44:58,409 ERROR Bootstrap aborted because file storage is not
writable: Error Message: Your account is not signed up for the S3 service.
You must sign up before you can use S3.

denis at denis-VirtualBox:~/.juju$ juju status
2012-10-09 08:44:47,020 INFO Connecting to environment...
2012-10-09 08:44:48,166 ERROR juju environment not found: is the
environment bootstrapped?

And my environment.yaml is as follows.

environments:
  sample:
    type: ec2
    access-key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    secret-key: xXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxXxX
    control-bucket: juju-274103e6897848ef90de615ea5b2bac9
    admin-secret: 8efa960e2a23408c85ae7910035064e9
    default-series: precise
    ssl-hostname-verification: true

How can I avoid this error?.
