customize cloud-init?

Hello,
I am using Juju 0.6 in local mode mostly, but I think the gist of the
question applies with other providers.
I did not see a way to customize the could-init script that is run in the
lxc. I know that Juju takes care of a lot of the magic here so I don't
have to, and that a charm should do most customization to containers. But
what if I want all my containers deployed from my environment to point to a
local deb mirror or I want to have some containers have 2 network
interfaces, it would be cool to have a way to pass that in at creation time
I think. Is there a way to do this today? Any guidance on implementing
such functionality?
Thank you,
-Paul
