Pre-release of Juju 1.11.2 for OSX (testing needed)

I think the formula is ready to be send to the Homebrew project again. I
didn't find the release notes of the 1.12.0 release and it's not published
on GitHub yet [1], besides the Launchpad link [2] and this thread.

What is the reference that I'm supposed to link to? I mean a reference that
tells this is the latest stable version. That was one of the complaints to
not accept the last pull request.
