New categories Charm Championship and an extension

Hi everyone,

Due to demand for more flexibility in the Charm Championship we are
adding 3 new categories, Continuous Deployment, Media, and Telco!
Since these are new categories it's an additional $30k in possible
prizes, which brings the grand total of available prizes to $60k.

To give people time to compete in these new categories we're also
extending the contest by 3 weeks, so the new deadline is _22 October_.
