Investigation workflow improvements with other tools

I don't really have a juju specific opinion on this, but I think the 
git/bzr thing is overblown. Github isn't good because it uses mildly 
dissimilar commands to do the same basic stuff. It is good because it 
looks pretty and renders markdown formatted readme files as the 
documentation and that is part of the source code repo, not a separate 
website or wiki to maintain.
