Juju Docs now live!

Hi,
Thanks for pointing out the missing content.
In this particular case, the "writing a charm" docs existed in two places
in the old docs. As I only had it on my list once, only one of them got
updated. This is now pending a refresh and will be online 18.30UTC
I am sure there are other bits that are needed, or have been left behind.
If I have missed something, please let me know. That is how we fix things.
We most definitely do not want to revert to old docs from which people
can't even install and configure juju properly!
