Ecosystem in charm championship?

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but in the Charm Championship contest rules[0] I see "All deployment bundles and charms must be the participant’s original work." To me, that implies that participants must avoid using existing charms that they haven't written themselves (such as the large ecosystem of charms in the charm store).

I believe that's quite the opposite of what we're encouraging, as one of Juju's strengths is the ability to draw on existing charms. Is there some other wording we should use there?
