Trouble bootstrapping

Hi Carlos,
Can you verify that there is actually an instance in the region you've
configured Juju? Is it indeed "i-e1c603d5"? If you can't find it try
running `juju destroy-environment` then re-bootstrapping to see if you get
the same error.
