Why doesn't Ubuntu Forum's have a Section for JuJu?

just curious why Ubuntu Forum doesn't have a JuJu section.
-or-
for that matter a "cloud" section.

There is a Virtualization section but that doesn't seem a proper fit for
either JuJu nor cloud discussions.
