I wanted to propose that we remove the python version of juju now, early
in Saucy, leaving only the go-lang version.  I think this will
accelerate use and generate more of the bugs we need to get fixed
heading into the LTS next year.  I realize this may cause headaches for
a select few already running Saucy with the python juju version, but I
also think that if you're doing that...you live on the edge anyway, and
should *want* to use the go-lang version.  Thoughts?
