How to use different ubuntu version on Amazon EC2

Generally, the series is picked based on the *charm* that is being
deployed. And the default just sets what charm when you don't specify it.

I believe the syntax is:

juju deploy cs:lucid/webserver

Which is:

cs:		Charm Store (rather than a local: repository, etc)
lucid/		Series of the charm to deploy
webserver	Name of the charm to deploy
