Please don't suffer in silence!

There was a person yesterday who was struggling for a week trying to
get Juju to work.

We're building a tool to make really complicated stuff work like
magic, and if we're not doing that then we've failed you. Some of this
is really easy, like the broken documentation page I just fixed that
started this particular problem.

Others might be a bug in Juju, or a lack of a feature. As much as I
can tell the core team "I think users want this and that" there's no
substitute for your real-world expertise and needs.

- You won't hear the words RTFM or LMGTFY in #juju on freenode.
- We're working on landing the new documentation as quickly as Nick
can type. End of the month, tops.
- There's been good progress on the containers and local provider, so
we're almost out of the confusing version woods.

If you've not had a responsive experience on the mailing list, Ask
Ubuntu, or on IRC, then PLEASE ping me directly so I can help get you
sorted. It's also a two way street, if you're using Juju and it's
working for you, we'd like to know too!
