Juju Docs now live!

Thanks for pushing that work. It looks much better in many senses.

With that said, I'm very concerned that a lot of important
documentation seems to be missing from the new version.

For example, the writing a charm document is extremely lightweight,
and has broken formatting as well:

    https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/authors-charm-writing.html

Compare that with:

    http://jujucharms.com/docs/charm.html

This is a *significant* step backwards, and leaves people with no
information for writing charms.

In addition, external online resources now point to 404s. For example:

    http://askubuntu.com/questions/82683/what-juju-charm-hooks-are-available-and-what-does-each-one-do

I strongly suggest reverting to the old documentation until these
issues are fixed.
