Deploying by supported charm branch restored

For about 17 hours, some users noticed that they could not work with
charm branches without specifying the series or possibly
~charmers/precise. lp:charms/ceph did not work.This is fixed.


DETAILS

This was my fault. While in a meeting discussing juju testing on
trusty, I registered a trusty series for charms. I did not give my
full attention to the registration. By setting the new series to
active status, Launchpad changed the short urls to point the new
series that had no charms.

Peter Petrakis noticed the issue about 45 minutes after the problem
started, but even though we talked about it, I failed to connect the
problem to my actions. Sorry Peter. Thank you James Page for using a
sizeable clue-by-4. I was able to correct the trusty series status.
