New juju-quickstart available

Hi everyone,

Francesco Banconi worked all the way up to the end of his day to get
this release out to you, so I'm doing this release announcement on his
behalf. Juju Quickstart version 0.4.2 is out and published to the PPA.
This is a beta release!

What is juju quickstart? It's a Juju plugin that guides you through
initialization and bootstrap of Juju quickly so you type less and
deploy more. With it installed you can do:

juju quickstart bundle:~jorge/cloudfoundry/3/cloudfoundry

And get a cloudfoundry stack up and running; quickstart will do the
bootstrapping, the juju-gui deployment, and deploy the entire bundle
with one command. This release includes:

- support for setting up juju-core packages
- local provider support
- ability to reuse an existing environment/juju-gui
- incrementing bundle deployments count
- customized gui charm url validation.

You can find the package `juju-quickstart` in the Juju PPA -  ppa:juju/stable
