Hi Ankit,
One of the easiest steps to get up to speed is to extend an existing charm with some new relation. For example the Cassandra charm does not integrate into the lamp, the tomcat (the version written by Robert Ayres), Rails, etc. charm. Adding such a relation would allow you to immediately understand the most important part of charming: instant integration...
