## Highlights

- 1.0 of Charm Tools is out!
- 1.15 of Juju core.

- Major restructure of charm author stuff imminent

## Tools

- 1.0 of Charm Tools, complete rewrite
  - Now cross platform and Python!
  - Unit tests everywhere (Something like 85%) - focus on higher
quality of the tools.
  - Releases for Windows, brew submission in progress.
  - In the stable for PPA for Juju already
  - Has also been uploaded to Saucy (Thanks James Page!)
  - Backport process to precise started.

## Helpers

- New fixes last week to move contrib.ceph to contrib.storage.linux
- Fixes to "ceph" pool creation

## Amulet

- Testing harness fror charm authors to write functional tests for
your charms -- and you can do this while interacting with other
charms.
  - Marco will be publishing an accompanying intro post and
instructions/docs to explain this in way more detail and why you want
this.
- 1.0 this week now that Charm Tools is out of the door.
