Charm queue needs attention

Hi everyone,

We've got a ton of improvements to charms in the queue. We've got
Sensu (new!) and a fresh logstash stack thanks to Paul C, and a nice
rewrite of the graphite charm from Canonical IS.

With the 13.10 release pending I know everyone's been hammered, but
we're starting to get buried, so if anyone has time to dedicate to
knocking out some reviews, it would really be nice to get these
improvements out to users:
