Inactive charmers and charmers

Hi all,

Wanted some clarification if there was a reason to this, but I noticed that
Inactive Charmers is part of the charmers group. Given the purpose of this
group (and the vast number of people in inactive-charmers) "Former members
of the ~charmers team who are no longer actively maintaining charm store."
I figured this wasn't quite a good idea so I've removed it.
