The gitlab charm is broken.

Hello Juju community,

The gitlab charm has multiple (7) bugs open against it, gitlab also fails
charm proof, and does not deploy in precise.

This appears to be a charm without an active maintainer.  In following with
our charm policy I am emailing the community for help.

Is there anyone out there with Gitlab experience willing to maintain this
charm?

Kapil mentioned that Gogs is a git service written in Go that would be a
similar service, but so far we do not have a charm for that.

Please email me or the list if you are interested in maintaining the gitlab
charm.
