[Review Queue] rstudio-server

Greetings!

First, a big thanks to Charles and Matt, who let me co-pilot a review session with them today.

rstudio-server — a web-based IDE for R, a statistical computing language.

This new charm was 234 days in the queue. The charm deployed successfully and charm proof returned no errors. I made a few recommendations for with regard to unused hooks and documentation. The main issue I had is that scalability needs to be taken into consideration, as rstudio-server relies on authentication via local account.
