Custom AWS Endpoint / Region

Hi Michael,

What provider are you planning on using, out of curiosity? There used to be
an "openstack_s3" provider which did OpenStack over EC2 API, not sure
that's still operational. I started sifting through the golang code to
figure out if those endpoints are configurable. They appear to be but are
also heavily validated for Amazon's endpoints from what I can tell.

The code is available to review as it's part of the goamz library
https://launchpad.net/goamz I'll continue to look to see if I can get you
an answer.
