Reminder: Please update the user facing docs when landing features

Hi everyone,

Someone pointed out to me today that we don't have any documentation on
`juju quickstart` for OSX. Ends up the feature landed in June, and the
author updated the README of the project itself, so there was an attempt
made.

Please remember to keep the user-facing docs in mind when landing something
new, and reviewers please get in the habit of asking when you're doing a
review.

If you don't have time to wordsmith something user-facing then please at
least open a bug in the docs so the we don't lose track of it.
