Tez - Fix / work-around for open stack deployments where hostname
resolution fails:

This was a working fix - but the tests needed additional TLC to be
accepted. I merged the changes, made corrections and pushed to bigdata-dev
to gate into the store.

Zookeeper - Was missing tests for the new feature, and readme
documentation. Was sent back as needs fixing pending these items
