Do to your noticing, I went through and cleaned up the statements with
the current Juju. Pointing people to the stable Cloud Tools Archive
instead of the devel PPA, etc.
That should generally give a better experience, though we could have a
separate side note for using the devel ppa when you want to test
something, as a step before going all the way to running from source.
