Review Queue and Charm Contributors

Hey guys,
Lately I have been checking the Review Queue and tried to get through
some of the things in there. I have seen that there are Merge Proposals
that have been already marked as 'Needs Fixing' by ~charm-contributors,
but they're still in the queue because people in that team can not claim
the review and mark it as 'Needs Fixing', causing the item to still be
on the queue and causing some clutter in there (also making it look
longer!).
So, I have a proposal here. There are active people in
~charm-contributors that do take a look at the queue. Why don't we
implement a new review 'system' for MPs, where if 3 or more (just giving
a number, may change) ~charm-contributors flag it as 'Needs Fixing' we
can go ahead and report to someone in ~charmers so the review gets
claimed and it's marked as such? I'm sure that would make the Review
Queue a little bit shorter and easier to handle.
What do you guys think? Are there any other pros/cons that I am missing?
