[Review Queue] mongodb and postgresql

Today I reviewed a small fix to the trusty version of the mongodb
charm to get it passing tests[1].  I also revisited an addition to the
mongodb charm[2] to manage the user in a way similar to the postgresql
charm, which touched on the doc change I reviewed on that charm[3].
