jenkins plugin install fails.

Following the link to https://updates.jenkins-ci.org//latest/%22SSH.hpi returns
a 404 for me as well. I think the correct url is:

https://updates.jenkins-ci.org//latest/ssh.hp
<https://updates.jenkins-ci.org//latest/%22SSH.hpi>i
