Amulet 1.8.1

Hello Everyone!

We have a very new and exciting release of Amulet which will be deprecating
1.7.0

# Installing/Upgrading

For Ubuntu users, add ppa:juju/stable if you haven't already and run the
following

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install amulet

For Windows and Mac OSX users, install Python and pip, then run

pip install amulet --upgrade

# Highlights

A deep dive on the changes in this release will be outlined on the Juju
Solutions blog but the two major pain points addressed are:

* Sentries refactored, no longer generating sentry charms, instead using
juju-run. This was a major refactor which removes a large swath of code
* deployer won't timeout before amulet does

I really want to thank Tim Van Steenburgh as he's done a large amount of
work to get this release out the door without affecting compatibility!
