jenkins credentials in other charm

Hi Saurabh,

I don't have any experience with the jenkins charm. But if you're joining
the master relationship you could make a case for the jenkins charm calling
relation-set password=`config-get password` in the jenkins charm. But you'd
need to talk to one of the folks who maintains the jenkins charm to see if
this would be a sensible approach
