Juju Bootstrap Jump Host Stack Script

A community member has recently pointed me to a jump-host stack script for
Linode. If any of you out there are working with Linode VPS's, this would
be a great opportunity to give some feedback on this excellent community
contribution.

The purpose of this stack script is to rapidly bootstrap and provide a
network jump host in a manual provider environment with Juju.
