apache2 - fix self-signed ssl certificate from expiring in 30 days, to the expected 3650 days. +1

apache2 - unified open-port/close-port handling. Automated tests failed, but due to previously broken tests unrelated to this merge. +1 Bugs are currently in place (lp:1401944 and lp:1399258) to address the broken tests.

apache2 - Adds a default vhost configuration to the deploy test. +1
