setting charm configs on relation

Hi guys,

I'm working in a charm to test the apache2 charm:
https://code.launchpad.net/~nicopace/+junk/simplewebservercharm
For my vhost-config-relation hook, i need to tell apache to install some
modules.
I now how to do it from the commandline: juju set apache2
enable_modules="proxy headers"
How can i do this from my hook using amulet?
