[Review Queue] mongodb

Hello everyone during my time in the Review Queue I reviewed and merged the
changes to the trusty mongodb charm from Wes Mason.

One of the files, hooks.py had some linting errors which I cleaned up, but
the author actually touched the hooks.py in this change.  Please remember
to run the lint on the charm before creating a merge proposal.
