new release of python-jujuclient

Hi Folks,

I just pushed a new release of python-jujuclient (0.5.0) ..

Change highlights.

Docs on Getting started, api signatures, and examples @
http://python-jujuclient.readthedocs.org

It now has coverage for all the client facade apis (backups, ha,
annotations, key managers, etc) and will auto-negotiate for the best
version available (if any) against a given environment.

Its compatible with python 2 & python 3
