Keystone error

Not sure exactly on what you meant. Do we need to manually relate keystone with mysql DB rather than trying to relate from juju ?

I think I remember that keystone needs to be set up with its database relation before anything else is related to keystone, as the charm doesn't implement db migration.

When we tried to debug this we found, juju takes the os endpoint different than the one it should actually take. Need your help.
