[Review Queue] websphere-liberty

Hello!

I spent some time in the review queue today.  I reviewed an improvement
that IBM charmers made to the websphere-liberty charm.  This was a good fix
and I was happy to merge this with the existing charm in the recommended
section of the charm store.
