Hi!  I recently took a look at Tim's proposal for the mediawiki charm.  It
updates the amulet test with memcached so it now works on systems that
don't have the ipv6 kernel module available (as can happen when deploying
to LXC containers):

It's a simple change, but during test, I found scenarios where the
config-changed hook would fail and also noted that we weren't doing a
proper login test.  Though Tim didn't introduce these issues, I suggested
changes that would resolve them.

I didn't merge the original proposal, as I think the new changes would make
the overall mediawiki experience better.  We'll see if Tim agrees ;)
