Charm execution graph in docs

Hey Paul!

Great idea and love the graph you've created. We've added quite a few hooks
since then so a mapping of "event" (deploy, relate, storage, etc) to hook
events would be really helpful considering we're coming so close to 2.0 A
group of us are sprinting together and documentation is a part of that.
I'll add this as an issue to the docs repo and start drafting a map.

I'll submit a draft later this week to the list for feedback.
