https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+source/keystone/+bug/1572358.

TLDR:  The SRU for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova/+bug/1559935 necessitates a
charm upgrade before upgrading the keystone package to 8.1.0, and/or before
redeploying the keystone charm for Trusty-Liberty or Wily-Liberty.
