Automate the creation of Juju environments on MAAS

Hi all


I'd like to automate the creation of Juju environments on MAAS. Automate
stuff like:

- Creating users
- Creating API keys
- Configuring the Juju client

Is there something available that does this? If not, I'll write it myself
but I wanted to check the list first.
