support for local resources in bundles?

I've got a bundle.yaml that defines a local charm, e.g.:

...
  mycharm:
    charm: "/home/ubuntu/charms/builds/mycharm"
    num_units: 1
...

Does the bundle spec allow for attaching resources to mycharm?  If so, can
the resource be local?
